Refunds & Exchanges
As we are a small business and all of our products are custom made, specifically replicated off of the image sent by the customer, we cannot accept any refunds/exchanges/returns or cancellations. A signature is required with all shipping methods therefore, we cannot take any liability for lost, stolen or damaged packages and are unable to offer you a refund. If there is something you are unclear on, please contact us ahead of purchasing.   
Please note: Our digital gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damages & Issues
All our products are checked prior to shipping to ensure the products are of the highest quality. Should you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask you to retain all relevant documentation and photographs of the damaged package and ensure you sign for it as 'damaged package; goods not yet inspected', allowing the carrier to know that a claim may follow. Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged/lost or stolen with supporting evidence, so that we can evaluate the issue.
