How do I place an order?
Once on our product page, follow all the required steps including providing us with a clear baby ultrasound image. We will then be in touch via email before processing your order should we require any further details. Our shipping time will start once the images are received and validated by our team.
Please note: If we feel the image is not clear enough or if we are unable to capture enough details, we will be in contact with you to discuss further options.
Will it resemble my ultrasound?
Our work is a rendition of the image provided. Due to the nature of this method our pieces will not be fully identical to the original image. We will however, replicate the image to the best of our ability. Therefore, it is really important to provide us with the highest quality image as possible. This will allow us to create an embroidery with a lot more details.

How much is shipping/postage?
Postage & Packaging is FREE on all UK orders.
What is the best way to send you a high quality image?
Once on our product page, you will be prompted to upload your image. We recommend scanning your physical baby scan using 'iScanner', an app that captures high resolution images. You may also opt to take an actual photo, we ask that you provide us with the highest quality image as possible. Please reach out to us if you require further help regarding your image quality.
How soon after ordering will I receive my order?
Orders can take between 4-8 weeks to ship (from the time we receive your order with the attached image and all requested details to complete your order). Please note that failure to send us a good quality image will delay your order. Our products are entirely handmade and can occasionally take longer than expected, but it will not exceed 8 weeks. What if this is a gift?
What an amazing gift idea! If you do not have an ultrasound image as yet, you can email us at a later date on firstname.lastname@example.org
We also offer digital gift cards if you'd like to choose this option for your loved ones!
Please note: We will not be able to start the embroidery until we have received the image. Our gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Where does SMARÁ ship?
We’re hoping to expand our products to many locations in the future however, for now we only ship to the UK. In the meantime, we welcome any shipping queries to email@example.com

Is your packaging eco-friendly/recyclable?
Yes, it is! We are so excited to be able to provide you with the best eco-friendly packaging, without compromising on quality. You can kindly recycle or upcycle our packaging.
SMARÁ & sustainability?
Our embroidery hoops are PEFC certified, meaning that they are made with materials from sustainable managed forests and/or recycled sources.
The embroidery threads are 100% cotton, and the dyes used are Oeko-Tex® certified, an internationally recognized textile standard ensuring that they are environment–friendly.
Our packaging including our tissue paper is eco-friendly and recyclable.
